From Law Enforcement to Corporate Security
With more than 13 years of high-level law enforcement experience, Mitchel built a career defined by operational excellence, strategic leadership, and multi-agency collaboration. After graduating from the Eastern Florida State College School of Public Safety in 2014, he began his service with the Titusville Police Department, quickly earning recognition for his performance and professionalism.
By 2015, Mitchel was promoted to Detective, and in 2017 he was honored as Detective of the Year for the City of Titusville. His investigative work spanned major violent crimes, complex fraud cases, and large-scale, statewide operations involving multiple agencies. Mitchel served as a U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Agent, a DEA Task Force Agent, and a member of the Titusville SWAT Team, contributing to high-risk operations and coordinated federal investigations.
In 2019, Mitchel transitioned to the Orlando Police Department to expand his impact and leadership. There, he served as a Field Training Officer, Gang Detective, U.S. Marshals Task Force Agent, and Assistant Squad Leader for a proactive patrol unit. He also became a certified K9 instructor and K9 handler, training and deploying highly specialized canine teams for patrol and detection missions.
Across every role, Mitchel has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead teams, manage critical incidents, and build operational systems that strengthen organizational performance. His experience spans tactical operations, investigative strategy, interagency coordination, and personnel development — skills he now brings into the corporate arena. His commitment to continuous development extends into corporate security, investigations, and ministry leadership, where he is actively engaged in advanced training through multiple organizations.
Today, Mitchel brings his operational expertise, disciplined leadership, and mission-driven mindset to the corporate sector, focusing on security operations, risk mitigation, organizational resilience, and faith-based leadership. His
